Automatic Power Saving Mode

Here see if the ‘low screen brightness while in battery saver’ is ticked. If it is, untick it. This only works with your charger unplugged as the checkbox remains unticked when your laptop is charging.

Leave the battery saver mode on. This can be done by switching the toggle bar to the ‘on’ position. The toggle bar is the same battery settings page, just above the aforementioned checkbox.
